Doesn’t everyone? I mean I always understood him even as a kid. I just thought characters not understanding him in show was just overly exaggerated. 0o
I can count on my one hand the number of times I’ve not been able to understand Donald. I can’t explain why, it’s a rare occurrence to me.
Maybe I can just speak duck and I don’t know it (what’s the duck equivalent of parseltongue?).
I’d say I can understand him fine.
